Shipping & Delivery

• Purchases are shipped from our warehouses to your location through the reliable Logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of  days from receipt of your order.
• Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 8pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
• Best Buy Bazaar takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• Best Buy Bazaar is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. 
• ‍We work hard to earn your trust and strive to deliver all the orders as per the time mentioned on the product page. In the unforeseen event of a delay, we will intimate you by phone or email.
• We usually take 7 - 10 Buisness days For our delivery 
• For all mattress deliveries in high rise apartment buildings, please ensure that there is service elevator access to the floor where your apartment is located.
