Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty craftsmanship, and material issues, Excludes damage from improper use, accidents, or natural wear and wear, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
Additional charges will apply for unloading services while delivering furniture.
How to Claim a Warranty :
- To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either facilitate repairs, arrange for a product replacement, or coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. In cases where on-site inspection or repair is necessary for large items such as furniture or appliances, we’ll assist in scheduling a service visit with an authorized technician with and terms.
